Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 April 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any ticket, exhibitor stand, sponsorship, or speaking arrangement you book through us. By using the site or buying a ticket you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. About us

The UK SME Summit 2026 is organised by UK SME Summit Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. [XXXXXXXX]), VAT Reg [GB XXX XXXX XX], registered office [Street, City, Postcode]. Contact: hello@uksmesummit.co.uk.

2. The summit

The UK SME Summit 2026 takes place at ExCeL London on 17–18 September 2026. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the published programme, but we may change speakers, sessions, or schedule details where necessary.

3. Delegate tickets

Pricing

  • Headline ticket prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
  • Stripe shows the net amount, VAT, and total at checkout. A VAT receipt is emailed automatically.
  • Group rates (4+ delegates) are agreed by separate enquiry — see /delegate/group.

Refunds and transfers

  • Refunds: tickets are refundable up to 60 days before the event (i.e. by 19 July 2026). Within 60 days, refunds are not available.
  • Transfers: tickets can be transferred to a colleague at any time, free of charge, by replying to your booking confirmation.
  • If we have to cancel the event entirely, you'll receive a full refund.

Code of conduct

Delegates are expected to behave professionally. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund. Report any concerns to hello@uksmesummit.co.uk.

4. Exhibitors and sponsors

Exhibitor stands and sponsorship arrangements are agreed in a separate written agreement (statement of work or sponsorship agreement) issued after enquiry. Pricing on this site is illustrative; the agreement and its associated invoice are the binding documents.

5. Speaker applications

Submitting a speaker application does not guarantee a slot. Decisions are made by the programme team and notified by email. Sponsored speaking slots are subject to a separate written agreement.

6. Use of this website

You may use this website to read information, buy tickets, and submit enquiries. You may not:

  • Attempt to access the site by any means other than the interface we provide
  • Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without our written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or automated information through forms
  • Use the site or our content to infringe the rights of others

7. Intellectual property

The summit name, logo, programme structure, and content of this site are owned by us or our partners. You may share short quotes and link to our pages. Bulk re-use, scraping, or republishing requires written permission.

8. Recordings, photography, and filming

The summit is photographed and filmed for marketing and post-event recordings. By attending, you accept that you may appear in incidental footage. If you'd prefer not to be featured, tell the on-site team and we'll do our best to avoid you in close-up shots.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your ticket is limited to the price you paid for that ticket.

We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by you in connection with the event, except where the event is cancelled by us in full.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be notified by email if you have an active booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
