The summit takes place on 17–18 September 2026 at ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock.

Yes — Early Bird tickets are £295 (saving £200) and limited to the first 200 delegates. They sell out fast.

Standard and VIP delegates receive post-event recordings of all main-stage sessions. Workshops are not recorded to keep them participation-led.

Tickets are refundable up to 60 days before the event. Within 60 days, tickets are transferable to a colleague at no charge.

All delegate prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. At Stripe checkout you'll see the breakdown — net price plus VAT — and Stripe sends a full VAT receipt to the email you pay with. If your finance team needs the invoice raised against a different name, address, or PO number, reply to your confirmation email within 14 days of purchase and we'll re-issue. UK VAT-registered businesses can normally reclaim the VAT element through their next return.

The venue is fully step-free, with hearing loops at every main-stage and registration desk, accessible toilets on every floor, and a signposted quiet room throughout both days. BSL interpretation, large-print materials, and assistance-dog welcome packs are all available — request these via the accessibility checkbox at registration or by emailing accessibility@uksmesummit.co.uk. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and major-allergen options are served at every meal; tell us your requirements at registration so the catering team can plan ahead.

We hold your data; we don't sell it and we don't share it with sponsors. Sponsors and exhibitors receive only the contact details of delegates who voluntarily scan into their stand or session. Your registration data is processed under UK GDPR (lawful basis: contract for delivery of your ticket, legitimate interests for event logistics) and held by the summit organiser only. A refund cancels the order and returns the money to the original card. Refunds are available up to 60 days before the summit (i.e. on or before 19 July 2026); after that we cannot refund the ticket. A transfer reassigns the ticket to a different attendee at no charge — useful when your plans change inside the 60-day window or when a colleague should attend instead. Transfers are accepted up to 24 hours before the summit. Reply to your confirmation email with the new attendee's name, work email, and dietary needs and we'll re-issue the badge.
